By accessing or using the Livvy App website (https://livvyresidences.com), the Livvy App platform, or any related services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.
2. Description of Services
Livvy App ("Livvy", "we", "us", or "our") provides a building management platform that enables property managers, building staff, and residents to manage maintenance requests, announcements, amenity bookings, visitor registration, and related operations. Our Services are offered through our website and mobile applications.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms to use our Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
4. Account Registration and Security
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as needed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:
- Use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other accounts, or third-party data
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services

6. Subscription and Payment
Certain features may require a paid subscription. Payment terms, billing cycles, and fees will be communicated at the time of purchase or in a separate agreement. You agree to pay all applicable fees in accordance with the payment terms. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and design, are owned by Livvy or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Services, you consent to our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Livvy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
