Q: How can I track my maintenance request?

A: Go to the "Maintenance" tab and tap on your request to see its current status, updates, and estimated completion time.

Q: Can I add photos to my maintenance request?

A: Yes! Photos help our team understand the issue better. You can add multiple photos when submitting a request.

Announcements

Q: How do I view announcements?

A: Announcements, when available, will be automatically listed on your dashboard. You'll see building updates, events, and important notices from your property manager displayed prominently.

Q: Can I get notifications for new announcements?

A: Yes! Enable push notifications in your device settings and the Livvy App will notify you of new announcements.

Amenity Bookings

Q: How do I book an amenity?

A: Access the booking feature through the app's main menu or dashboard. Select the amenity you want to book, choose your date and time, and complete the booking process.

Q: Can I cancel my amenity booking?

A: Yes, you can cancel bookings up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Access your bookings through the app's booking management section to view and cancel reservations.

Technical Issues

Q: The app is not loading properly. What should I do?

A: Try closing and reopening the app, or restart your device. If the issue persists, please contact our support team with details about your device and the specific error.
